RDM or Random Death Match means to shoot and/or kill someone that is on your team and/or without reason.
Example 1: Standing around in base waiting for a mission or Training and just shooting someone you see inside the base.
Example 2: During a peace time or seize fire walking around out side the base and shooting anyone you see.

The New Life Rule When you die and respawn you should not have any memory of what you just died to to try and gain an advantage on another player.

3.1: Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I was a member of Icefuse staff for over a year and have experience in the field. I also am unbiased towards any side and able to make an informed decision over an emotional one, by gathering information from all affected parties to come to the right conclusion. I am not afraid to ask for a second opinion from another member of staff if needed.
3.2: If you were in a situation you did not know how to handle what would you do?
Remain calm, consult with another member of staff they may have a different experience from myself and may be able to gleam some insight that might help resolve the situation sooner or better than on my own.
